Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Our lease term is month to month and your lease automatically renews until you vacate. We prorate your rent for the 1st month rental.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

No Security Deposit! Some facilities charge one or two months rent for a security deposit. We only ask for a one-time, $20.00 fee for storage units and $25.00 for vehicles.

Does your company provide a lock? Who keeps the key?

We do not provide a lock and we do not have a key to your self storage unit. You can purchase a new, sealed lock at our office, and no one else has a key to that lock.

Is there a monthly invoice and when is my rent due?

No, there are no monthly statements for this service. Your rent is due each month on the same date that you rented the storage unit. You are given a grace period of 10 days, after which there is a $10 late fee.

How can I pay for my self storage unit?

We accept, cash, check, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may pay at our office, mail in your check or money order or leave it in the drop box, or use our Automatic Credit Card Plan. We will automatically run your payment from your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card on our due date.
