I would like to thank Bill and his staff for doing an awesome job. I am so glad I went to carefree and not one of these other storage facilities I heard so many horror stories while I was deployed and worst ones upon my return. They took so good care of my care and everything that was told to me when I signed up to drop off my car was true. While my car was under his care I got a complete tune up and much more work done to it which was awesome A1 service so if anyone reads my comment be sure to ask him about that he knows one of the best mechanics I have ever had the opportunity to work with but like I said bill and his staff are true professionals and true to their work to provide the best service they can and they absolutely did that for me. Thanks again bill and I will recommend everyone I come across to you until I leave the North Country area thank you very much I consider you a friend

When my son was scheduled to be deployed, we made arrangements for his truck to be shipped back to Idaho. The day before he was to leave, the transport company backed out. We were in a real fix! One of his Sergents told him about Carefree Storage. They were GREAT! Kept his truck under cover, drove it to make sure everything kept greased and oiled and the seals would not dry out. Kept the battery charged and in fact had to replace the old battery and alternator while he was gone.
They let use ship a crate to them for him with a lot of the stuff he left home. I don't think they anticipated the size of the crate. It was 4' X 4' X 6' and weighed 700#! They took it off of the delivery van and put it in the back of is truck so he could just drive away.
When we went to see him, we made a special trip to meet and thank the folks at Carefree. They are good friendly people that really care about what they are doing for our servicemen and women and their families.

We have been in Korea since December 7th, 2009 and our car has been in storage since then. We have never worried about the welfare of our vehicle once since we have been here. It has been taken care of 100% and we have always been emailed in a timely fashion (less than 24 hours usually) if we have ever had questions or concerns. Bill has also kept in great contact with us if he has had to do anything to our car. I would definitely recommend Carefree storage to anyone looking to store ANYTHING for any length of time. You can rest assure you will get your possessions back in the same condition as when you left them. In my opinion, I don't think my husband and I could have found anyone more trustworthy than carefree storage. We look forward to picking up our vehicle in the next few weeks. Thank you for such excellent service and quick responses but most importantly, THANK YOU for such affordable prices and not breaking our wallets while we were gone. You guys are the BEST.

I've used Carefree storage since 2009. I feel at ease knowing that my vehicle is being taken care of while deployed, especially all they extra steps they take to keep your vehicle running properly. I've always been contacted if there were any issues. I recommend Carefree storage to anyone who needs their vehicle stored for a short or very extended duration. Thank you Bill and Cynde!
